Everyone who drives under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a life-threatening danger to themselves and others, just as situations in the workplace can arise that can be harmful to the person who is affected or people around them.
Coming to their workplace and being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be considered by the company as if the person in question has an addiction problem and the occupational health service will be contacted to carry out an investigation and further discussion with the company management about status/further measures/rehabilitation.
